New scooter services are performed on Thursdays at our shop,
so be prepared to drop-off your scooter late Wednesday
afternoon, or when we open on Thursday mornings at 11 a.m.

If you own a vintage Vespa or Lambretta, or a new shifting
model such as a PX150 or Genuine Stella, you'll need to
drop your scooter off at our shop and get in the queue.

With the colder, wetter weather setting in, this is a great time of year to
take care of that schedule maintenance service you've been putting off!

It's also a good time if you're thinking about having some work done like
installing a new top-end or that performance exhaust pipe you've wanted.

Our service center is on a "1st come / 1st serve" basis and
we're generally about 2 weeks out at this time of year.

We offer a wide range of mechanical services including:

• engine repair & maintenance
• electrical diagnostic and repair
• performance upgrades
• body repair & painting
• complete restorations
• insurance estimates

Minimum Shop Charge is $35.00. Hourly rates are:

- $60.00 (sixty dollars) per hour for moped service
- $68.00 (sixty eight dollars) per hour for vintage and shifting scooters (Vespa, Lambretta, Stella)
- $80.00 (eighty dollars) per hour for modern (2000+) automatic scooters

We require a deposit on work orders over $500.00 (five hundred dollars). Vehicles left over 10 (ten) days after completion of work order will be assessed a storage fee of $10.00 (ten dollars) per day.

Pick-up or delivery is available at $30.00 (thirty dollars) in-town, shop rate $60.00 (sixfty dollars) per hour for anything over the 82 block radius of Burnside and Water.

Scooter storage is available depending on space. Call for details.

Our in-store stock includes:

• two stroke motor oil (Motul, Bel-Ray, Golden Spectro)
• new stock & performance exhausts from Polini & LeoVince
• selector, brake & clutch cables
• tires and tubes (Michelin, Continental, value-priced)
• headlamp, marker & brake light bulbs
• sparkplugs (exclusively NGK)
• carburetor rebuild kits
• an assortment of chrome goodies to spruce-up your ride

Payment Policy:

• Payment for shop services is due at time of notification of invoicing.
• We accept cash and credit cards with proper I.D.
• As a courtesy, we provide a grace period of 10 (ten) days upon completion of work and notification that your vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Following the expiration of the 10 (ten) day grace period, storage fees will be assessed at a rate of $10.00 per day.
• Beginning January 1st, 2006, prior to start of any work we will require advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated amount on all work orders in excess of $500.00 (five hundred dollars).
• Should a customer not take action on their invoice for 90 (ninety) days, the customer forfeits all rights (mechanic's lien) to their vehicle and all parts and will become the property of Ptown Scooters.
